- We accept money orders, Credit Card payments accepted through PayPal.
If paying by money order we recommend that you send payment second day priority mail with delivery confirmation, that way the envelope can be tracked. We will only hold an animal if a tracking number for your payment is supplied. We will not hold any animal for longer then one day with out a tracking number. As well, if paying with a money order you will be charged $35.-$45. for shipping/box charge in addition to your total purchase.
- All orders must be prepaid before shipping, no exceptions.
- All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or via USPS Express Mail. You will only be charged actual shipping cost's plus $5. box charge. We do not charge extra for heat/cool packs.
- We only ship Monday through Wed.
- Credit Card orders will be billed the exact UPS charges. There are no extra shipping charges for more than one animal ordered - the charge is per box shipped.
- For all USPS shipments, there is a flat shipping/boxing charge of $25.00. Animals are shipped to your local post office. You will be notified upon its arrival and you must pick the package up. There are no extra shipping charges for more than one animal ordered - the charge is per box shipped.
- There are times/places where guaranteed next day delivery is not available with either shipping company. We can look in to alternative companies or you will need to make arrangements to pick up your box at either the nearest UPS station or USPS.
- As of this time, we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
