All of the reptiles we sell come with a 30 day health guarantee. If you have any problems or
concerns you must contact us immediately.
Young dragons need the proper environment to thrive. If the conditions are not correct, example: incorrect substrate, lighting, temp. of basking spots, diet, etc. your dragon can develop problems quickly. You must as a new pet owner do your part and research the requirements of your new lizard.
If you do not care for your dragon properly our guarantee is null and void.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase a dragon and you are not completely
happy with your purchase we will refund your money or replace the animal in question (limited to the cost of the actual animal in question not shipping charges). All shipped dragons come with our live arrival guarantee. If your new pet does not make it through the shipping process for any reason we will send you a replacement. You must be home to sign for the shipment. Failure to except delivery for any reason voids all guarantees.
We guarantee that our dragons are healthy and well established. We have done our absolute best to insure this, however we can not guarantee that you will do what it takes to raise your lizards in the proper conditions to properly raise your dragons. Please spend some time thinking about the commitment you are making to your new Bearded Dragon. If you have questions Please ask before you buy.
Do not ask us to refund your money because you decided that you don't have the time for your
dragon. We will not re-sell and re-guarantee dragons after they leave our facility
but we will be happy to assist you in finding your dragon a new home.
We will do our best to determine the gender of every animal we sell, however we cannot guarantee the gender of young reptiles but of course will do our best to guess. Some individual animals are easier to sex then others.
